Problem Statement

It is a Fact That... When you are working in a tight space with hand tools with no lights it is hard to see what you are doing. Also, if you are in a situation where you do need to use a light you only have one hand available because the other is holding onto the light. So, in some circumstances you have to manipulate a way to hold the light and have both of your hands free to be able to do what you want to do.

This is true, and a very good idea. I hope you can make it happen

This is a good idea the hard part will be finding where to put the light

To me I already have a light I could put by the thing I’m working on. I wouldn’t want to buy 20 different tools just because they have a light on them. It’s a good idea but I don’t know how many people are going to want to buy all new tools just because they have a little light on them. Good idea though if you can make them relatively cheap I think they would have a better chance of catching on.

I think that a light on hand tools would get in my way and aggravate me A LOT

if there is no spot on the particular tool for a light, or it wont fit, or maybe weighs too much, then maybe you should think about being able to put battery run lights around the tigh area. with a tight working area it is hard to put a stand of lights in the room, so if you could use some kind of adhesive, that would not affect the walls or the lights, that may be a good and effective idea also.

What are your top (2) used hand tools?

What would be your top (2) choices for a hand tool with a light?

How much would you be willing to pay for a hand tool with a built in light?

Would you like to see certain hand tools with lights?
